Requesting Tickets

If you're on our mailing list, you will receive an announcement that tickets are available exactly eight weeks before the concert date, at 9:00 am. The event web page will be updated with a “Request Tickets” form.
Within a day of receiving your request, we will reply to confirm that seats are still available and provide instructions for sending an Interac e-transfer. Keep in mind: we can only accommodate 30 people in the audience and tickets go very quickly. If no tickets are available, you will be added to the waiting list in order (and we'll let you know).
Once you receive payment instructions, send the e-transfer within a day to secure your seat(s).

The Details

We use e-transfers because there are no fees involved. Credit card processing incurs considerable fees, and that would reduce the amount we can pay musicians. Contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements (cash or cheque).
Once you have paid for your tickets, we will email a reminder with all the logistical details you need (location, parking, etc.) a few days before the event.
We don’t use physical tickets – just announce yourself on arrival at the Salon.
Cancellation policy: All ticket sales are final because we make a commitment to musicians about how much they will earn for their performance. In the unfortunate event that we must cancel or reschedule a concert, we will give you as much notice as possible and the option of a full refund. If you cannot attend, and we are able to fill your seat(s) from the waiting list, we will give you a full refund. Otherwise, feel free to send somebody else in your place. What a lovely gift that would be!

Waiting List

Our concerts often sell out quickly because we can only accommodate 30 people in our intimate home setting. But there's still hope! Sometimes a few people have to cancel, so we keep a waiting list. There is no obligation unless we contact you and you accept. Once we reach capacity, the waiting list form is posted on the event web page.
