Songs of Nature to Celebrate Spring

About the Event

Nature, the Gentlest Mother.

Pianist Dagmar Kilian and soprano Jennifer Rasor present a collection of art songs to celebrate Nature and Spring including works by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Reynaldo Hahn, Robert Schumann, Edvard Grieg, Aaron Copland, Samuel Barber, Gabriel Fauré and Thomas Pasatieri. Also featuring evocative poetry by Robert Louis Stevenson, Moréas, Banville, Dauphin, Eichendorf, Vinje, Bjørnson, Agee, Fletcher, and Dickinson.

Spring is a time of new beginnings and rejuvenation, and what better way to celebrate it than by combining two of the most inspiring and uplifting experiences - music and nature. Please join us!
